Log into your H&A account or contact our support team with your order number and product details to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards that were included in the initial shipment.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the package from your doorstep across the UAE.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team verifies the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
